Marleshwar Waterfall & Temple
A short drive from SONCHAFA, Marleshwar is a cave shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, tucked into the Sahyadri hills with a waterfall cascading right behind it. Reaching the temple means climbing several hundred stone steps, lined with small food and flower stalls along the way. The waterfall is at its most spectacular during and just after the monsoon, when the surrounding hills turn a deep green.
Tikaleshwar Trek
Perched on a hilltop near Talawde village, a few kilometres from Devrukh, the Tikaleshwar temple rewards visitors with sweeping views of the Sahyadri valleys and forests. A motorable road takes you most of the way up, followed by a flight of steps for the final stretch, making it a satisfying half-day trek for anyone staying at the farmstay.
Sangwe Shiv Mandir
A quiet Shiva temple in the nearby village of Sangwe, set amid the same green countryside as the farmstay. It's an easy, unhurried visit for guests who want a peaceful darshan away from the crowds of the bigger pilgrimage spots in the region.
